Small team, big ideas
Sam (left) started his career in TV post-production in his hometown London, and gained further experience in documentary editing and music production before moving to Adelaide in 2009.
Denis (right) spent the first part of his career in the printing industry in his native New Zealand before moving to Adelaide and discovering photography.
In 2011, Sam approached Denis to be the subject of a documentary. It did quite well. Since then, they collaborated more and more, before going into business together officially in 2014.
They are both proud to co-run Smith and Collins, a business born of a lasting friendship and rich creative partnership.
